The pandemic has highlighted the importance of designing buildings where the relationship with nature is reinforced and where outdoor and indoor spaces are more connected each other.

新冠病毒的大流行突出了建筑設(shè)計(jì)的重要性,我們應(yīng)加強(qiáng)與自然的聯(lián)系,在設(shè)計(jì)中關(guān)注室內(nèi)外之間的聯(lián)系。

In these context, primary importance should be given to educational buildings.

在此種大環(huán)境背景下,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注教育建筑。

Around the world, in these weeks many schools have just re-opened or are going to re-open soon after the great lockdown.

近幾周,在經(jīng)歷了大封鎖之后,世界各地的許多學(xué)校已重新開(kāi)學(xué)或者準(zhǔn)備重新開(kāi)學(xué)。

Many protocols have been developed by National Governments in order to make the return to school possible, even in buildings which were not designed to facilitate physical distancing.

為了使重返校園成為可能,各國(guó)政府制定了許多規(guī)章制度,即使在那些設(shè)計(jì)上并未減少人與人之間距離的建筑內(nèi)也應(yīng)遵循。

The schools of the future will have to be designed under a new point of view: rather then just considering criteria of sustain-ability, they will have to embrace the ability-to-sustain the new condition where the pandemic put the entire society in.

未來(lái)的校園將不得不以一種新的觀點(diǎn)來(lái)設(shè)計(jì):不能僅僅考慮維持運(yùn)行的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),它們還必須擁有在大流行病肆虐整個(gè)社會(huì)的新型條件下持續(xù)運(yùn)行的能力。

Moreover, thanks to the possibility given by the ‘smart working’, one of the post-covid consequeces has been the relocation of mass of people from big cities to less dense areas. 

This phenomena puts the accent on the importance of requalifying those areas, that have been forgotten so far.

此外,由于“智能工作”帶來(lái)的可能,后新冠病毒時(shí)代帶來(lái)的結(jié)果之一是大量大城市人口遷移到低密度人口地區(qū)。這種現(xiàn)象反映出重新定位那些被遺忘已久的地區(qū)的重要性。

In these circumstances, the concept model of the school of the future has to be enlarged to a bigger scale: we should start thinking about educational buildings where several schools are combined (kindergarten, primary and secondary school) still maintaining their own independency.

在這種情況下,未來(lái)校園的概念模型就必須擴(kuò)大規(guī)模:我們應(yīng)該開(kāi)始思考那些將幾種學(xué)校類(lèi)型合在一起的教育建筑(幼兒園,小學(xué)和中學(xué)),它們?nèi)砸3肿陨淼莫?dú)立性。

Not only this. Community center, an urban plaza, a café and a library should be included and offered as spaces for the entire community: the building is operable 24h and becomes an important civic reference and the begin and opportunity for the requalification of suburbs and rural areas.

Considering these aspects, the proposed design provides a modular educational center that can include all the phases of the educational process: Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary schools.

All the required spaces are fitted into two rings: the massing articulation allows to create two courtyards and an additional usable roof.

The classrooms are located in circle and have connections to the courtyards and the outdoor landscape. Each module, of 55 sqm, is made of cross laminated timber and corresponds to an ideal classroom of 20/25 students connected by a central corridor.

教室位于圓環(huán)之中,與庭院和戶外景觀之間建立了聯(lián)系。每一個(gè)55平方米的模塊單元都由交叉層壓木板制成,符合每個(gè)班20/25名學(xué)生的理想的教室規(guī)模。教室之間通過(guò)中央走廊連接。

The building is designed as a ‘tree-house’ and it is distributed through multiple levels, where also roofs are usable and where indoor and outdoor spaces are combined allowing high flexibility for educational activities.

該建筑被設(shè)計(jì)成一座“樹(shù)屋”,并被分成了多個(gè)樓層,具有可使用的屋頂,室內(nèi)外空間結(jié)合在一起,具有隨教學(xué)活動(dòng)而改變的高度靈活性。

The main idea is to create a school that is suspended and immerse in the nature, as a house tree, where the relationship with nature is physically and visibly increased.

主要的想法是創(chuàng)造一座懸浮的,沉浸于自然之中的“樹(shù)屋”校園,在這座校園里,人與自然的關(guān)系在根本上是顯而易見(jiàn)地增進(jìn)的。

This is possible thanks to the faceted fa?ade, made by the alternation of solid timber panels and glazing panels. The circular perimeter allows to block the direct sunlight with the opaque panels, and get diffuse light and free view through the transparent ones.

該想法的實(shí)現(xiàn)得益于將實(shí)木板和玻璃板交替設(shè)置的小面板立面。環(huán)形四周可以通過(guò)不透明板阻擋陽(yáng)光直射,而通過(guò)透明面板使光線灑入室內(nèi),并可看到戶外的景色。

The school of the future has to be energy self-sufficient.

這座未來(lái)學(xué)校必須能夠能源自給自足。

The educational building adopts several sustainable devices as rain water collections, natural cross ventilation and photovoltaic panels, wind energy devices, all located on the higher roof.

該教育建筑采用了幾種可持續(xù)性裝置,如雨水收集、自然交叉通風(fēng)和光伏面板、風(fēng)能裝置,它們均被安置在較高的屋頂上。

At this level, accessible by the scholars, are exhibited all the sustainable devices that the school utilizes in order to reduce the energy consumptions.

學(xué)者們可以到達(dá)較高的屋頂,這里展示著學(xué)校為了減少能源消耗而使用的所有可持續(xù)設(shè)施。

Sustainability becomes part of the educational experience of the children, who have their first approach to this theme through the building itself.

The modularity of the design allows for future school extension, different programs, different number of classrooms and also can be adapted to create different functions, such as temporary medical centers for emergencies or temporary residential units.

模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)為未來(lái)校園的擴(kuò)大、不同的課程、不同的教室數(shù)量預(yù)留了可能,也可以適應(yīng)創(chuàng)造不同功能空間的需要,如緊急情況下的臨時(shí)醫(yī)療中心或臨時(shí)居住單元。

The school of the future has to be sustainable and ,in the same time, able to sustain the new post-covid requirements. It has to be outdoor spaces inclusive and open to nature, made of natural materials and low-cost construction techniques, as modular design.

未來(lái)學(xué)校必須是可持續(xù)的,同時(shí)能維持以適應(yīng)后新冠病毒疫情的需要。它必須是包含自然,并向自然開(kāi)放的戶外空間,是用自然材料和低成本建造技術(shù)建造而成的模塊化設(shè)計(jì)。

It has to be highly flexible and an able to be adapted to different functions and programs, and provide several benefits to the whole community, becoming the incipit for the requalification of peripheral urban areas.

它必須是高度靈活性的,能夠適應(yīng)不同的功能需求和活動(dòng),為整個(gè)社區(qū)提供多種福祉,成為外圍城區(qū)重新定位的啟點(diǎn)。
